      官能团化烯烃是构筑生物活性分子和功能材料的关键模块。本研究创新性地设计并开发了一种基于8-氨基喹哪啶骨架的新型锰钳形配合物,并通过X射线单晶衍射、核磁共振波谱和高分辨质谱等手段系统研究了金属配合物的结构。以此锰配合物为催化剂,实现了苄醇与酰胺的脱氢α-烯基化反应,合成多种α,β-不饱和酰胺。此外,通过对比实验揭示了反应途径。该催化体系具有良好的官能团兼容性和选择性,且反应过程中只生成水和氢气等副产物,为官能团化烯烃合成提供了一种绿色高效的新方法。
英文摘要:
      Functionalized olefins are key building blocks for constructing bioactive molecules and functional materials. In this study, a novel manganese pincer complex based on an 8-aminoquinaldine skeleton was innovatively designed and synthesized. The structure of the Mn complex was systematically investigated by single crystal X-ray diffraction, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and high-resolution mass spectrometry. Based on this novel manganese complex, the dehydrogenative olefination of benzyl alcohols and amides was achieved, and a series of α,β-unsaturated amides were synthesized. In addition, the reaction pathway was elucidated through control experiments. This catalytic system has good functional group compatibility and selectivity, and the by-products generated in the reaction process are water and hydrogen, providing a green and efficient new method for the synthesis of functionalized alkenes.
